Christina is an accredited practising dietitian and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. She completed her Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University, and prior to that a Bachelor of Medical Science at Flinders University, Adelaide. Christina is very passionate about health and wellbeing and created Shape Nutrition, as an avenue to assist and motivate others to shape their nutritionand lead a healthier lifestyle.
She approaches each consultation knowing the importance of individualised advice for clients and is dedicated in helping people understand the relationship between the foods we eat, the impact it has on our health and how to help prevent and manage chronic diseases.
Christina’s special interests include weight management (both fat loss and lean muscle gain), diabetes and cardiovascular disease, in addition to gastrointestinal disorders including irritable bowel syndrome and food intolerances. Christina particularly enjoys working individually with clients to help them achieve their nutrition and health goals as well as presenting seminars on various nutritional topics.
