Service Description
Are you looking to lose weight and keep it off? Our weight loss program developed by Accredited Practicing Dietitians allows you to enjoy all the foods you love whilst still seeing results. Gain the skills and knowledge required to make sustainable lifestyle changes, whilst in a supportive and comfortable setting. Your appointments will be one on one appointments with your Dietitian either in clinic or online. The program involves one initial assessment appointment (1 hour duration) and four follow up appointments (30 minute duration) which can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly to assist you with motivation and accountability. Your program will include an individualised nutritional assessment and personalised meal plan. Save 10 % compared to purchasing individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or cancellation fee of 50% of consultation fee will apply.
